Recipe: Avocado Rice Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

3pcs of KyoChon Soy Garlic wingettes (only meat, no bone), 1/2 of Avocado, 200g of Steam Rice, 1 Egg, 10g of Yellow Onion, 10g of Radish Sprouts (optional), 4pcs of Pickled Radish, 5g of Wasabi, and 1 Tbsp (15g) of Soy Sauce.

Steps:

  1. Slice the Soy Garlic wingettes, onion, and pickled radish.
  2. Fry an egg.
  3. Place the rice in a bowl and place the fried egg on top of the rice.
  4. Add in the rest of the ingredients and radish sprouts accordingly.
  5. Finally, add in wasabi and soy sauce according to your taste.
  6. Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
