Catering & Food Truck Services
KyoChon Malaysia brings authentic Korean fried chicken to your event. Whether you are hosting a corporate function, a wedding, a birthday party or a community gathering, our catering team serves the same freshly cooked, JAKIM Halal certified chicken you would get in our restaurants — prepared on site and served hot.

Two ways to cater your event
Full-Service Catering — Our team sets up, serves and clears at your venue. Chafing dishes and heat lamps keep everything hot throughout service. Waiter service is available on request.
KyoChon Food Truck — Our food truck rolls up to your location and cooks fresh on site. Popular for outdoor events, roadshows, company family days and mall activations. The truck becomes a talking point as much as a food station.
What is on the catering menu
Our catering spread is built around the same recipes served across our 35 outlets nationwide:
- KyoChon Chicken — Wingette & Drumette in our Soy Garlic and Red Pepper series
- Boneless chicken — easy to serve and easy to eat standing up
- Braised chicken — slow-cooked in Korean sauce with soft-boiled egg
- Japchae — Korean glass noodles stir-fried with vegetables
- Kimchi fried rice — topped with shredded seaweed
- Korean rice cakes — served as finger food with picks
- Sides and beverages to round out the spread

All chicken is cooked fresh to order, MSG-free, and prepared under our JAKIM Halal certification. See the full KyoChon Malaysia menu for reference.

Catering FAQ
Is KyoChon catering halal?
Yes. KyoChon Malaysia is JAKIM Halal certified, and the same certification applies to our catering and food truck services. Read more on our halal certification page.
What is the minimum number of people?
We cater for events of 50 pax and above. For smaller gatherings, consider placing a bulk order at your nearest outlet — find one on our locations page.
How far in advance should I book?
We ask for at least 7 days notice. For large events or peak periods such as Hari Raya, Christmas and year-end functions, we recommend booking further ahead.
Do you travel outside the Klang Valley?
Our core coverage is Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya. We can serve selected other states depending on the date and event size — submit an enquiry and we will confirm availability for your location.
Can I customise the menu?
Yes. Tell us your headcount and budget per head in the enquiry form and our team will propose a menu that fits your event.
Do you provide waiters and serving staff?
Waiter service is available on request. Select the option in the enquiry form and we will include it in your quotation.
What is the difference between catering and the food truck?
Catering is a set-up-and-serve service at your venue. The food truck cooks fresh on site and works well for outdoor and casual events where the truck itself adds to the experience.
