Steps To Join
  1. Participants must dine-in and order six (6) pcs Shinhwa wingette & drumette at the Participating Outlets within the Campaign Period. One (1) receipt entitles the participant to send one (1) entry. GrabFood orders are not accepted.
  2. Participants have to inform any KyoChon staff that they wish to partake in the Shinhwa Spicy Challenge.
  3. To begin the challenge, participants have to record themselves eating the six (6) pcs Shinhwa wingette & drumette with a two (2) minutes timer facing towards the camera so that it’s visible as proof.
  4. Participants that manage to finish eating all six (6) pcs Shinhwa wingette & drumette within 2 minutes is entitled to get 50% off the six (6) pcs Shinhwa wingette & drumette on the spot. Only one (1) item discount per receipt. Participants that doesn’t complete six (6) pcs Shinhwa wingette & drumette within two (2) minutes will not be entitled to 50% off the six (6) pcs Shinhwa wingette & drumette, and will be required to pay the full price as per stated in the participating store.
  5. All participants must post the video of them eating that six (6) pcs Shinhwa wingette & drumette onto their IG reels and tag @mykyochon and hashtag #KyoChonShinhwa to be in the running. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.

Terms and Conditions
  1. The KyoChon Shinhwa Spicy Challenge (“Challenge”) commences on 9 September 2022 and ends on 30 September 2022 (“Campaign Period”). KyoChon Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period without prior notice. All entries received after 30 September 2022 shall be automatically disqualified.
  2. This Challenge is open to all Malaysian residents above 18 years of age (as of 9 September 2022) except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, dealers, advertising, and promotion agencies.
  3. The “Participating Outlets” in the Challenge are:

  4. To participate in the Challenge:

    5. All participants must post the video of them eating that six (6) pcs Shinhwa wingette & drumette onto their IG reels and tag @mykyochon and hashtag #KyoChonShinhwa to be in the running. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
    6. Retain original receipt dated within Challenge Period that matches the online entry as proof of purchase.
    7. Participants may send as many IG reels entries as they wish but each entry must be accompanied with the required details and a different proof of purchase for each entry.
    8. Participants are not allowed to submit/send more than one (1) online entry with the same proof of purchase to the Organiser.
    9. Only original and valid printed receipts will be accepted. Any receipt that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical, or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain the required information is invalid and will not be accepted. The Organiser reserves the sole discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid receipts.
    10. The Organiser will not reimburse the participant for any charges incurred in submitting the entries, if any.
  5. Selection of winners:
    1. Grand Prize Winner x 1:
      1. The eligible Grand Prize winner will be selected by random using a random number generator. All submissions will be listed down accordingly and numbered. Using the random number generator, the number generated will be based on the participant’s number on the list.
      2. The winner will be contacted separately via phone or email from (info@kyochon.com.my) on prize collection and required to share a copy of the order receipt during the time the video submission was recorded. Should the attempt to contact the winner fail, i.e. no reply within 2 days, phone call not answered after 2 tries, etc, the Ograniser reserves the right to disqualify the winner, the Ograniser will not be held liable in the event the winner cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
    2. Winners x 25:
      1. The eligible Special Prize winners will be selected by random using a random number generator. All submissions will be listed down accordingly and numbered. Using the random number generator, the number generated will be based on the participant’s number on the list.
      2. The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message (DM) and required to share a copy of the order receipt during the time the video submission was recorded. Should the attempt to contact the winner fail, i.e. no reply within 2 days, Instagram account is set to private or block messages, etc, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the winner, The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
      3. The eligible winners will be required to submit via Instagram direct message via KyoChon Malaysia @mykyochon account the original printed receipt that match the entry and their registered KyoChingu Loyalty account details (name, email address and phone number) for uploading of the KyoChon e-vouchers, failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner.
  6. Challenge prizes:
    1. Grand Prize x 1: 1 pair (2 pcs) of SUPER SHOW 9: ROAD tickets [P3 Zone] worth RM996.
    2. Special Prize x 25: RM100 KyoChingu e-vouchers each.
    3. Each participant is only allowed to win one (1) Prize throughout the Campaign Period.
    4. Grand prize winner MUST present NRIC/Passport upon prize collection from KyoChon Malaysia’s HQ. No third party collection allowed unless Authorization Letter, photocopy of the winner’s NRIC/Passport is issued by the Grand Prize Winner and presented to The Organiser upon collection. Failing to produce any of these document, The Organiser reserved the rights of not releasing the ticket(s).
    5. All KyoChingu e-vouchers will be issued via the KyoChingu Loyalty app account details provided by the winner. Winners are required to be a registered KyoChingu Loyalty member. All KyoChingu e-vouchers will be issued via the KyoChingu Loyalty account details provided by the winner. Prize will not be exchangeable for cash or any other methods. The prize of RM100 KyoChingu e-vouchers will be given in a denomination of RM50 e-vouchers and cannot be combined. Vouchers will be valid for 2 months from the date of issue. The Organiser will not be responsible for any failure and transfer made to a wrong KyoChingu account due to winner’s mistake in providing an incorrect and/or invalid account details. In the event the winner could not provide the Organiser with a valid KyoChingu account due to whatsoever reason, the prize will be forfeited.
    6. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is”
  7. The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.
  8. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this Challenge.
  9. By participating in this Challenge, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
  10. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfil the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs the Organiser via the Careline at www.facebook.com/KyoChonMalaysia/ that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organiser will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.
  11. By participating in this Challenge, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser.
  12. The Organiser reserves the rights to amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound to such changes.
  13. The Organiser’s decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained.
